With over 680 employees, a varied range of work and housing, and the goal of enabling concrete participation in everyday life. As an employment coach for inclusion positions, you accompany people with disabilities on their way to a protected position in the regular labor market. You build bridges between employees and companies, promote sustainable working relationships, and assume social services tasks. For our existing team of two employment coaches, we are looking for a supplement from 01.09.2026 or by agreement. Your tasks • You advise and accompany people with disabilities in finding an external adapted position and support them throughout the integration process • You acquire inclusion positions on the regular labor market and develop a sustainable network with companies and employers that you actively maintain • You are the contact person for employers and promote sustainable and successful working relationships • You work in an interdisciplinary manner with relatives, internal specialists, and external partners • You ensure the necessary documentation, write reports, and take charge of the administrative management of files What you bring • Completed training in work pedagogy, social pedagogy, Supported Employment, or a comparable qualification • Joy in collaborating with people and a valorizing attitude, focused on resources and solutions • Enthusiasm for convincing companies of inclusive positions and establishing sustainable relationships • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and confidence in contact with different groups of interlocutors • Pronounced organizational and administrative skills as well as a structured and autonomous way of working Our offer • A varied and meaningful activity with a lot of autonomy and scope for action • A committed, helpful, and interdisciplinary team • An open and valorizing corporate culture with short decision-making processes • A careful integration as well as attractive internal and external continuing education opportunities • Work according to the solution-oriented approach (LOA) • Modern employment conditions as well as attractive salary and social benefits Do you have questions?
