Customer Service & Customer Advisory Employee (f/m/d) – Part-time 30% Work location: Basel-Stadt Initial situation: For various customer mandates in shift operation at our location in Basel-Stadt, we are looking for a communicative and service-oriented personality to strengthen our dedicated team. The assignments take place flexibly within the framework of a 30% workload (approx. 3 hours per day) and can, by arrangement, ideally be completed from home (home office) or on-site in Basel. The position is also aimed at students, career changers, or retired job seekers. Your tasks: • Telephone advisory and support of customers in the inbound or outbound area (e.g., support, logistics, or project-based customer contact) • Independent receipt, processing, and documentation of customer inquiries via telephone and email • Processing of complaint inquiries and solution-oriented action based on internal guidelines • Support with administrative tasks, appointment scheduling, and the maintenance of customer data Requirements: • Swiss German at native level (mandatory) • Initial professional experience in the commercial sector, in a call center, or career changers with experience in customer contact • Communicative, reliable, and resilient personality – even in demanding situations • Good PC user skills (MS Office/Windows) and technical affinity • Ideally knowledge of Swiss payment transactions or logistical processes (an advantage) Ready for your new challenge?
