Who are we? The Justitia project works, on mandate from the directors of justice as well as the Conference of Justice (courts), on the digitalization of Swiss justice. To this end, it develops the platform for electronic communication in the judicial field and the consultation of files, as well as the application dossier judiciaire (ADJ) for the processing and management of digital files. The project supports judicial authorities in their digital transformation by means of advice and tools and accompanies them during the pilot phases, and then during deployment. You will act as the contact person for cantonal and federal judicial authorities as well as for cantonal bar associations. Digital Transformation Specialist 80 - 100 % Here are your tasks: We are looking for a committed and communicative personality who, thanks to their professional skills and their implementation capacity, supports judicial organizations in the introduction of new digital systems. In this exciting dual role, you ensure, on the one hand, specialized advice and training and, on the other hand, you accompany judicial authorities, within the framework of the federal law on electronic communication platforms in the judicial field ([LPCJ](< >)), from the pilot phase to the deployment of the platform and the application dossier judiciaire. You are the central contact person for cantonal and federal judicial authorities as well as for bar associations, you are close to the users and know how to make complex subjects understandable. * Support of judicial authorities: You are the central contact person for the cantonal or federal judicial authorities as well as for the bar associations assigned to you. You establish relationships of trust and accompany them through all stages of the digital transformation. * Training & workshops: You independently organize and lead training sessions, presentations, and workshops and transmit the advantages of our solutions in a practical and understandable way. * Coordination & communication: You collaborate closely with project teams, ensure internal coordination, and actively report the needs of the authorities. * Knowledge management: You maintain contact details, documentation, and activities in Phonemos and contribute to our internal knowledge base. * Administrative support: You support the Transformation team in administrative tasks, feedback, controlling, and quality assurance, with the aim of continuously optimizing the entire process. What you bring: * Education & specialized knowledge: You have training in business administration or in a technical field (at least a HES degree), supplemented by continuing education in project management, communication, or change management, as well as several years of experience in public administration. * Professional experience & affinity for IT: * You have experience in customer consulting, project support, or training in a digital environment, ideally in the judicial field or the public sector. You are interested in IT-supported business processes and change projects. * Communication & interpersonal skills: * You have good social skills, convince with your confidence, and move with ease in exchanges with different groups of stakeholders. * Language skills: Your mother tongue is German or French and you have very good knowledge of the other language, both written and oral; knowledge of Italian is an asset. * Working method & attitude: You work independently and precisely, you are reliable and respect deadlines.
