Now we are taking the next step: At Chur station, we are expanding our successful service and retail concept with a modern coffee bar. This creates a place where personal advice, first-class service, and genuine coffee enjoyment come together. In addition to high-quality portafilter machines, fully automatic coffee machines, coffee, and matching accessories, we offer our customers carefully prepared coffee specialties and a perfectly harmonious coffee experience at the bar. For the management of our location, we are looking for a committed, responsible, and motivating personality who leads both the barista area and the retail area with passion and ensures an extraordinary customer experience together with their team. Your tasks with us: • Leadership and organization: You take over the operational management of our new location in Chur. You coordinate the daily processes and ensure smooth operations. • Team leadership: You lead, motivate, and support your team in everyday work. You carefully train new employees, accompany their development, and create a motivating work environment. • Coffee, service, and sales: You actively support your team in the preparation of high-quality coffee specialties as well as in the sale of croissants, snacks, and beverages. With your open manner, you ensure first-class customer service. • Retail and sales consulting: You provide competent advice to our customers regarding coffee machines, coffee, accessories, and other products. Together with your team, you ensure attractive product presentation and successfully implement sales promotions. • Inventory management: You are responsible for orders, inventory management, goods control, and optimal product availability in the barista area as well as in the retail area. • Quality and responsibility: You ensure compliance with our quality, hygiene, and service standards, perform cash closures, and take responsibility for a professional appearance of the entire location. • Further development: You contribute your own ideas to optimize processes, assortment, and customer experience and continuously develop the location together with our experienced core team. What you bring with you: • Experience in gastronomy, retail, or detail trade – ideally already with leadership experience. • Passion for coffee, hospitality, and enjoyment of high-quality products. • Joy in leading, motivating, and further developing employees. • Entrepreneurial thinking as well as an independent and structured way of working. • Strong customer and service orientation as well as strong communication skills. • Experience in sales consulting for high-quality products is an advantage. • Good German skills in speaking and writing. • Flexibility as well as readiness for early and day shifts.
