Customer Service & Operations Services Agent (100%)

To strengthen our teams at Flughafen Zürich and in the area of Operations Services, we are looking for YOU immediately or by arrangement.

This varied position combines two exciting areas of responsibility: You will work in Customer Service directly at Flughafen Zürich and in the Back Office of our Operations Services team; the exact division occurs in the monthly planning, depending on demand.

You are thus responsible both for direct contact with our customers and in the background for smooth administrative processes. This combination offers you a versatile daily work routine, different challenges, and the opportunity to get to know different areas of our company.

Your tasks

Customer Service – Flughafen Zürich

• Support and advice for our national and international customers at Flughafen Zürich
• Handling of vehicle handovers and vehicle returns
• Creation and processing of rental agreements
• Active sale of additional services and products
• Ensuring an excellent customer experience
• Supporting the team with daily operational challenges at the airport

Operations Services – Back Office

• Processing of customer inquiries and complaints – in writing and by telephone
• Careful and timely processing as well as dispatch of customer invoices
• Support in the efficient processing of damages and fines
• Collecting, evaluating, and following up on customer feedback
• Support with administrative and operational processes
• Contributing and implementing practical ideas for the continuous improvement of our processes and the customer experience
