The Polizei Kanton Solothurn guarantees a high level of security for the people in the Kanton Solothurn - competently day and night. For the Rechtsdienst we are looking for a legal assistant, 80-100%, immediately or by arrangement, fixed-term for six months at the Solothurn location.

Your responsibility

• In legal matters, you support the Rechtsdienst and carry out clarifications in the area of police law and criminal procedural law.
• You issue orders, process complaints based on the law of the Kantonspolizei and weapons legislation and draft statements based on the Verantwortlichkeitsgesetz.
• You provide legal information to corps members and support them in criminal and civil proceedings.
• Your tasks include drafting templates within the framework of legislation, processing parliamentary motions as well as drafting consultations for the department.

Your profile

• You have a university degree in law (Master's level).
• Clarifying facts and processing legal issues bring you joy.
• Analytical skills, an independent, reliable and exact way of working as well as a confident expression characterize you.
