You can learn more about us here: Video What to expect • Technical and organizational leadership responsibility for the service and repair department with around 100 employees, including cost and revenue responsibility • Coordinate and lead the activities of 10 directly subordinate team leaders and salespeople to fulfill target specifications (7 service team leaders, 1 repair manager, 1 service sales leader, 1 back-office team leader) • Responsible for implementing the defined corporate strategy and the measures defined for the service and repair area • Ensure compliance with safety regulations on plants and construction sites • Member of the AS Ost management team, proactive design, and further development of the organization What you bring • Technical university degree or technical/business management training • Several years of leadership and professional experience in a similar environment • Inspiring personality with a balanced mix of social competence and performance orientation with pronounced organizational and communication skills • Ambition, customer orientation, as well as a networked way of thinking and resilience • Humor, because we like to laugh!
