At the head of catering activities, you will play a central role in operational organization, the structuring of teams as well as in the evolution of the culinary offering. Job description ## As a Head Chef active in the kitchen on a daily basis, you will be the guarantor of the culinary offering of a bistronomic-type restaurant as well as the banqueting activities which represent a significant part of the establishment's activity. A true man of the field, you will be present alongside your teams to ensure the quality of services, the fluidity of operations and the smooth running of services. In direct link with the Management and at the head of your brigade, you will accompany the teams in a dynamic of change and contribute to the development of a common culture oriented towards quality, rigor and operational efficiency. Guarantor of the culinary identity of the establishment, you will participate actively in the evolution of the offering by developing a convivial, generous and accessible brasserie cuisine, while ensuring respect for the DNA of the place as well as the defined objectives.
