For our Gland-Vich dealership, we are recruiting a: Workshop Planner / After-Sales Service Advisor Planned rate at 100%, start immediately or by agreement Your main tasks: You plan workshop appointments for optimal organization, manage telephone calls. You accompany the customer in their procedures through your advice and propose our service offerings to them. You organize and coordinate the transmission and drafting of After-Sales service information. You ensure that all necessary means are provided for the smooth running of planned operations. You ensure customer satisfaction through optimal quality of welcome. Develop customer loyalty, maintain it and assume a decisive role in the advice and sale of services (for example service offerings, maintenance contracts) and products (parts and accessories) for automobiles. Conclude contracts, guarantee the registration and invoicing processes from reception to the delivery of vehicles.
