To reinforce the team of our second brand MobiToil, we are looking for an engaged and service-oriented
Customer Care Employee (80-100%) immediately or by arrangement.
Tasks
Competent support of our customers via telephone, e-mail and through other contact channels
Information regarding products, services, orders and processes of MobiToil
Processing and follow-up of customer requests, complaints and inquiries
Creation of offers and invoices, maintenance of customer data in the CRM system
Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as sales, logistics and accounting
Continuous optimization of our service processes
General assurance of high customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in Customer Care, internal service or call center is an advantage
Very good German skills in speaking and writing, knowledge of French is an advantage
High customer and service orientation with a strong sense of quality
Independent, structured way of working and enjoyment of responsibility
Friendly, solution-oriented and confident appearance
