About the role
As a Teams ambassador, you will manage an assistance kiosk autonomously. Your role consists of answering simple technical questions and motivating employees to use collaborative functions to optimize their teamwork on Teams.

Tasks
Animating a physical contact point to assist employees in their daily use of Microsoft Teams.
Welcoming users and answering their questions about the Teams tool
Guiding users in the creation of discussion channels
Encouraging the adoption of the platform's collaborative features
Providing clear and pedagogical explanations on the basics of the tool
Promoting internal communication best practices
What we are looking for
Mastery of the basic functionalities of Microsoft Teams (creation of discussion channels, document sharing, etc.)
An asset if you possess
Previous experience in a support, reception, or customer service role
