20%, Temporary by arrangement Bern IT Your tasks ## • Ensuring system availability through targeted break/fix measures • Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software systems for trouble-free IT operations • Analysis and resolution of hardware and software problems • Management of IMACD processes (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose) • Maintenance of IT asset management • Technical support on-site (Smart Hands Services) • Collaboration at the Walk-Up Tech Bar for direct user support Our requirements ## • Completed training as a Computer Scientist EFZ or at least 3 years of professional experience in IT support with relevant further training • Experience in 1st and 2nd level support as well as troubleshooting on-site • Sound knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems and common desktop software • Basic knowledge in Active Directory management • Very good German and good English skills • Impeccable reputation • temporary, long-term part-time employment 20% • Working days: on the 1st day of the month as well as every Wednesday (a total of 5 days per month à 8 hours)
