These tasks will inspire you

• Co-responsibility for the entire smooth operation of daily business
• Independent employee leadership in the absence of the store manager
• Serving and looking after our customers incl. cash settlement
• Ensuring optimal product presentation
• Executing assortment orders
• Controlling, checking, and stocking the delivered goods
• Adherence to quality guidelines as well as order and cleanliness

You have completed training in retail and ideally possess experience in a similar position. With your competent, service-oriented, and friendly manner, you know how to respond to customer wishes, motivate employees in a goal-oriented way, and maintain an overview even in hectic situations. In addition, you have a quick grasp, are resilient, and look forward to a versatile and responsible activity. Thanks to your flexibility, you are open to different work assignments (early and late shifts as well as assignments on Sundays and public holidays).
