What awaits you

In this responsible position, you assume technical and operational responsibility for the entire after-sales service. Your main missions are as follows:

• Organization, coordination, and continuous development of after-sales service activities
• Personnel management and technical supervision of service technicians, as well as planning of their interventions
• Coordination and prioritization of interventions in case of breakdown, repairs, and maintenance work
• Development of preventive maintenance for our fleet of machines
• Analysis of breakdowns on construction cranes and development of suitable technical solutions
• Guarantee of professional customer follow-up, from the initial request to the complete fulfillment of the order
• Preparation and follow-up of offers related to after-sales service prestations
• Guarantee of administrative processing of orders and invoicing

What you bring

• Completed technical professional training, supplemented by commercial training
• Several years of professional experience as well as leadership experience in a similar function are indispensable
• Responsible, organized, and solution-oriented personality, with excellent communication skills
• Experience in a technical environment, ideally in the field of cranes, construction machinery, or lifting devices
• Very good knowledge of French, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of German; knowledge of English is an asset
• Good IT knowledge, particularly of MS Office and MS Dynamics 365
