Your tasks ## What awaits you #### Microsoft Infrastructure & Collaboration Services • Operation, administration, and further development of Microsoft Teams and Exchange services • Support, maintenance, and further development of the Windows Server infrastructure in on-premises and hybrid environments • Ensuring the availability, stability, and security of the Microsoft platforms • Analysis and resolution of disturbances within the framework of incident management • Planning and implementation of changes as well as participation in problem management • Support of the specialist departments in the environment of Microsoft 365 as well as client and server infrastructure • Ensuring stable operation including participation in the on-call service (Pikett) Azure Cloud Platform Engineering • Participation in the construction, operation, and further development of the Azure Cloud platform in the cloud platform team • Development and operation of cloud architectures with a focus on security, identity, and network • Implementation and monitoring of security and compliance requirements (e.g., Defender for Cloud, Identity, Zero Trust, RBAC) • Platform Engineering & automation of deployments with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and scripting • Close cooperation and support of the teams during onboarding Your skills ## What you bring professionally #### • Completed training in computer science (EFZ, HF/FH or comparable) • Several years of experience in the Microsoft environment with a focus on Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft Teams • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 as well as hybrid Microsoft infrastructures • Experience in the operation and administration of Windows Server platforms • Good knowledge of Azure or great interest in developing further in this area • Experience with automation and scripting, especially PowerShell • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) is an advantage • Experience in IT Service Management (incident, change, and problem management) • Knowledge in the areas of Identity Management, Security, and Microsoft Entra ID is an advantage What defines you personally #### • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working • Joy in sharing knowledge and empowering stakeholders (enablement mindset) • Strong communication skills in exchange with specialist departments and technical teams • High level of initiative, willingness to learn, and perseverance • Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage Your benefits ## The compatibility of work and private life as well as the health of our employees are important to us.
