As a committed personality, you will support learners in their living arrangements towards as independent a lifestyle as possible. The workload distributed over up to 4 days is not a problem for you (weekends free). • You possess a confident, exemplary appearance and are able to recognize, assess, and react accordingly to conflict situations. This in both group and individual conversations. • You bring good domestic science knowledge and enjoy implementing it. Cooking and cleaning are a fixed daily component. • You can set boundaries and have a professional understanding of closeness and distance. • You enjoy working in a resource- and solution-oriented manner. • You are a responsible, resilient, and humorous personality with assertiveness. • You enjoy working independently, goal-oriented, and bring experience in the professional everyday life support of young adults.
