IT Support Employee (Junior)

Over 1.6 million online orders per year, more than 800 delivery vehicles, over 1’700 employees and 57 locations – and we continue to grow. To ensure everything runs smoothly at dieci, more than good pizza is needed: smart systems, efficient processes, and people with drive who actively help shape our digital future.

Our IT landscape is growing continuously, and with the upcoming introduction of our new ordering system, our need for IT support is also growing. As a supplement to our IT project management, we are looking for a committed personality who will maintain our central systems in everyday life and support our internal support. Entry is possible as of 1 February 2027 or by arrangement.

Your tasks include

• Support, maintenance and documentation of our new ordering system, the central tool for cash register, webshop, driver application and self-order terminals, etc.
• Answering inquiries (1st & 2nd level) regarding our ordering system, incl. 2nd level on-call service (on a rotation with our IT Support Lead) in the evenings and on weekends
• Co-design and further development of our internal IT support
• Supporting work on internal IT projects

What you bring

• Completed vocational training – professional experience in the IT/support area is an advantage
• Enjoyment of direct contact with users and solving everyday problems
• Willingness to perform on-call service
• Careful, structured and independent way of working
• Good knowledge of modern Microsoft environments is an advantage
• Communication in German (fluent) and English, French and Italian is an advantage
