The IV Office of the Canton of Bern is undergoing change and is focusing on a modern corporate and leadership culture. We want to align our actions more closely with the needs of our clients and advance digitalisation.

What you can achieve with us

  • You actively support the contract managers and the team leadership on partner management topics.
  • You coordinate and carry out administrative, organisational and professional tasks in partner management and ensure reliable handling of contract matters including quality assurance.
  • You check the quality of the services provided and conduct quality discussions with those responsible for service providers and jointly define measures to improve quality.
  • You regularly exchange information with the service providers of the IV Office Bern. You clean up documents and ensure proper documentation.
  • You are responsible for the internal management of content, addresses and the creation of statistical data preparation according to specifications.
  • Your tasks are complemented by project-based handling of specific issues. They are very varied and diverse.

Which skills are important to us

  • You have a federal vocational certificate in the commercial field.
  • Ideally, you have experience in contract and/or project management.
  • We are looking for a person with good Excel skills and an affinity for data and its evaluation. You enjoy working analytically, prepare information in a structured way and support quality processes with evaluations.
  • You are interested in quality management and the cooperative collaboration with service providers in vocational integration.
  • You know how to use social media purposefully and responsibly for information and networking.
  • Self-responsibility and teamwork are not opposites for you.
  • You enjoy working with digital tools and are interested in AI to make processes more efficient and smarter.
  • We are a bilingual (German-French) company, so active knowledge of the other language is desirable.

Annual working time (42 hours/week), possibility to work part-time as well as remotely, paid breaks

At least 25 days of holiday per year, 28 days from the age of 45 and 33 days from the age of 55. Possibility of unpaid leave
