You will integrate a team of passionate professionals including project managers, architects, service managers, business analysts, and developers. Main missions • Support the pre-project phases by carrying out studies, feasibility analyses, and charge estimates. • Accompany projects during their design phase to ensure the quality of the proposed solutions. • Design and maintain the product roadmap as well as the backlog, prioritizing the use of the standard features of the software. • Ensure the consistency of solutions with company standards and market best practices. • Participate in the continuous improvement of processes, methods, and tools. Training • HES or university degree in computer science, EPF engineer's degree or equivalent. Primary skills • Minimum 5 years of confirmed experience in functional analysis on the ServiceNow platform. • Expertise in AppEngine and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules. Required skills • Advanced functional analysis and business architecture. • Change management. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Facilitation of workshops and working groups. • Mastery of ServiceNow's AppEngine and CSM modules. • Good understanding of databases, data modeling, and ServiceNow data models. • Knowledge of software development processes and associated deliverables. • Systemic vision and risk analysis capability. Main activities • Carry out feasibility studies and estimates. • Organize and lead demonstrations for stakeholders. • Advise business teams and projects on the best implementation approaches. • Accompany projects during the design phase to ensure consistency, mutualization, and quality of developments. • Lead design reviews and ensure quality control of deliverables. • Ensure technological monitoring and manage the roadmap and product backlog. • Bear responsibility for the functional and technical design of solutions. • Coordinate exchanges with project teams, business teams, architects, and support teams. • Identify and recommend areas for improvement in existing applications. • Participate in preparing project deliverables (test strategy, deployment, documentation, etc.). • Participate in testing, deployment, and support phases. • Ensure compliance with design, development, security, and quality standards. • Provide regular reporting on progress, identified risks, and associated actions. • Provide support and expertise to project teams.
