In the Customer Operations area, we shape the individual experiences of our customers in the event of a claim and benefits. They are at the center of our work and together with them, we find the right solution. In this way, with our customer-first mentality, we ensure the highest customer satisfaction.

What awaits you

• You organize and ensure the operative claim processing of cross-border liability and motor vehicle claims - in cooperation with foreign AXA units and various claims adjusters abroad
• You lead a team of around 13 claims employees and focus your emphasis on coaching, promoting and further developing our employees
• You are a role model in attitude, behavior and decision-making and create a trusting, performance-oriented working environment in which feedback culture and cooperation are lived
• Together with your team, you continuously optimize our processes in the International Claims area
• You are an active part of the management team and contribute to the design and further development of our department Schaden Motorfahrzeuge D-CH
• You represent AXA Schweiz in national and international committees and maintain a professional network to internal and external partners

What you bring with you

• Several years of experience in claims adjustment, ideally in the area of liability and motor vehicle insurance with an international connection
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written; good French and Italian skills are a clear plus
• High willingness to involve yourself operatively and actively support your team in day-to-day business
• Pronounced role model function: You appear confident and authentic, promote cooperation and stand for transparency, fairness and reliability
• High customer orientation, decisiveness and resilience as well as a strong understanding of economic and cross-departmental connections
• In decision-making, you rely on a fact-based foundation. To this end, you maintain a regular numbers and performance dialogue with your team
