Claims Management Clerk

Do you have a flair for claims management and are you enthusiastic about the world of mobility? Then you are in the right place at Post Company Cars AG. In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for the inspection and coordination of claims, repair orders, and leasing returns. In doing so, you will work closely with our customers, insurance companies, experts, and repair shops, ensuring efficient, economical, and customer-oriented processing. With you and your technical understanding as well as your commercial know-how, you will contribute to ensuring that our vehicle fleet remains safe, reliable, and cost-efficient on the road. What you can achieve • You take over the technical assessment of vehicle damage, repair orders, and leasing returns. • As a central contact person, you coordinate the cooperation between our customers, bodywork and repair shops, insurance companies, as well as experts. • You check cost estimates, arrange expert assessments if necessary, issue repair approvals via digital platforms, and process the corresponding invoices. • For leasing returns, you check the damage assessments of the experts and ensure that these comply with the applicable guidelines and quality standards. • You manage our assistance products, act as 2nd-level support, and ensure efficient processing of breakdown cases. • With your technical expertise and your strong understanding of economic efficiency, you ensure that repairs and claims are processed efficiently, traceably, and cost-consciously. What you bring with you • You have completed training in the automotive industry, preferably in bodywork (car body mechanic or car body painter), and have furthered your education in the commercial field. • You bring experience in customer service, ideally in claims management, are familiar with current repair methods, and can assess the most economically sensible repair path. • Thanks to your experience in commercial activities, damage calculation, and invoice processing, you maintain an overview even in demanding situations. • You critically question existing processes and actively contribute optimization ideas. • You work independently, think in networks, and convince with a solution-oriented and customer-friendly way of working. • You communicate very well orally and in writing in German and have good (oral) knowledge of a second national language.
