Your tasks

• Data mutations, tariff adjustments, and billing in all supply areas
• Processing of relocation and contract mutations as well as telephone inquiries regarding the billing of energy, heat, and water services
• Periodic plausibility checks of meter readings as well as control of energy and customer data
• Maintenance and management of customer data in the CRM system
• Contact person for customer concerns in person at our reception, in writing, as well as by telephone

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with several years of professional experience
• Several years of experience in customer service or customer contact, ideally in the energy sector
• Team-oriented personality with a high sense of quality and responsibility as well as enjoyment in customer contact
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite
• Knowledge of innosolvenergy I-SE (CRM) and Abacus (ERP) is an advantage
• Proficient German skills in speaking and writing, further language skills are an advantage
• Willingness for further training
