Your tasks Find and directly address top talents via LinkedIn, ATS systems and innovative sourcing tools Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop suitable recruiting strategies Accompany candidates from the first contact to the contract conclusion – and ensure a positive candidate experience in the process Keep an eye on market trends in IT, finance, life sciences or other key industries Continuously expand and maintain your network to candidates and industry experts German as mother tongue (minimum C1, Swiss German an advantage) Very good English skills, other languages such as French are a plus Initial or several years of experience in recruiting – ideally in IT, finance or life sciences Experience with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools Proven experience in the entire recruitment process – from needs clarification to contract conclusion Strong communication skills and pleasure in dealing with people Organizational talent and the ability to set priorities even in a dynamic environment 100 % contribution assumption for BVG, KTG and UVGZ Flexible working hours & up to 1 home office day per week (by arrangement) Workation: up to 5 working days per year working from abroad Dogs welcome – our office is dog-friendly Central location in Zürich, a few minutes' walk from public transport Swibeco benefit platform with attractive discounts Support for further education & training Clear career paths with transparent development opportunities Regular team events & anniversary gifts 25 days paid vacation per year
