Experienced Chef de partie
imperative experience in a gastronomic or bistronomic establishment
adapts easily and quickly to the existing team
Strong sense of organization and teamwork
passionate, curious and great attention to detail
You have at least a CFC in cooking and 5 years of experience
working autonomously at the workstation (hot / cold)
respect for standards and technical sheets
rigorous application of HACCP standards
contribution to the creative dynamics of the establishment
