The Shift Leader is responsible for the orderly, productive, and smooth running of their shift - from the handover at the start of the shift to the handover at the end of the shift. Shift Leader Returns (a) Your daily routine You are responsible for a complete, structured, and documented handover at the beginning and at the end of each shift (early shift / late shift) You plan and coordinate the breaks during the course of the shift. You actively lead the subordinate Team Leaders during the shift. You continuously monitor the shift performance based on the relevant KPIs (productivity, quality, staffing). You are the central contact person for Team Leaders and employees during the entire shift. Your talent You bring experience in an operational leadership role, ideally in a logistics or fulfillment environment. You have a confident handling of KPI and shift reporting tools. You keep several areas in view at the same time and set priorities situationally. You communicate clearly and directly with the Team Leaders and employees.
