Recruiting Specialist, 60-80% (m/w/d)

Winning, selecting, and accompanying people - is that your thing? Our client is an established Swiss company with a nationwide sales team and headquarters in Central Switzerland. In this role, you will accompany the entire recruiting process and be the contact person for managers in different areas of the company. You will combine people skills with a professional selection process and ensure a positive candidate experience. Your tasks • Recruiting employees across all process steps • Posting job ads on suitable channels and preparing job descriptions • Collaborating with the HR management and ensuring smooth HR administration • Conducting job interviews and participating in decision-making • Accompanying onboarding processes and supporting new employees in their entry Your profile • Commercial basic training with further education in HR or business administration • Professional experience in recruitment • Communicative, motivated personality with pleasure in dealing with different target groups • Independent, pragmatic way of working with a pronounced service mentality • German: stylistically secure (C2) / French & Italian: a plus Your perspectives Look forward to a varied task with a lot of personal responsibility and creative leeway.
