In this context, as director-level HR manager, you will notably support "blue light" entities in demanding contexts, such as the reform of the Police Corps, as well as the evolution of organizational models and schedules at the Service de protection et sauvetage Lausanne. You will also be fully involved in major cross-functional projects, in particular the deployment of a new HRIS in partnership with the Personnel Service.
