Your everyday life

• You actively lead the employees along the relevant KPIs (productivity, quality, attendance, process compliance) and proactively manage team performance.
• You carry out regular performance checks, quality controls and process observations and document the results.
• You take full responsibility for achieving the daily, weekly and monthly targets in your own area.
• You use key figures, reports and operational dashboards to identify deviations and derive concrete improvement measures from them.

• You have a very good understanding of processes and operational KPI management.
• You possess the ability to interpret key figures, recognize deviations and implement effective measures.
