HAUS & HOF HERMOLINGEN – it is good to live and work here! Hermolingen offers 36 residents a familial home. Our residents are free in their daily activities. Anyone who wishes can work in the house, in the garden, in the workshop, or on the farm - www.hermolingen.ch. We are applying for a/an Catering/Kitchen Employee 50-60 % Start immediately or by arrangement Your new field of activity: • The kitchen forms the hub and focal point of our operation • You complement our four-person kitchen team • In addition to your assignments during the week, you work one weekend per month • You prepare around 40 fresh meals daily for our residents and employees • Together with our residents and employees, you produce homemade products for the farm shop • In doing so, you utilize the own produce from the garden and agriculture and process it creatively • During the summer months, you preserve and refine fresh vegetables for internal use as well as for sale in the farm shop • With the opening of our farm café in spring/summer 2027, you will actively participate in the creation of the offering • Our residents have the opportunity to participate in simple tasks in the kitchen • If necessary, you instruct and support them What you bring with you: • You have experience in preparing meals for approx. 40 people and can take over this task independently after a careful introduction • Training as a Koch/Köchin EFZ or completion of farming school • Good German language skills • You meet people with openness and enjoy interacting with our residents • You enjoy working with fresh products from the garden and farm and appreciate the uniqueness of our operation • Hermolingen DNA: Team-oriented, natural, authentic, down-to-earth, versatile, cross-departmental, thinking ahead, positive basic attitude We offer: A place where our residents feel satisfied, comfortable, and cared for – which will have a positive effect on you.
