Service Welcome and take charge of clients from their arrival until their departure Organize the work of the dining room commis and the beneficiaries on their section Manage and coordinate the service on their section to guarantee quality Permanently ensure client satisfaction Manage payments and closings Manage the tidying of the dining room and the setup for the next service Control the goods received Team Supervision & Training Ensure the supervision and coordination of the team's activities by organizing, distributing and controlling the work. The framework of the collaboration We are looking for a person wishing to engage in a regular and lasting collaboration with our establishment, within the framework of an on-call contract. You intervene mainly as reinforcement for the team during absences, holidays or occasional needs of the service. It is therefore not a position with a fixed schedule or a guaranteed number of hours. We are thus looking for a person benefiting from good availability and a certain flexibility, notably for replacements that can sometimes be organized at short notice.
