Chef de Partie

For our mountain restaurants located in St-Luc, La Cabane Bella-Tola and Tignousa, we are looking for 3 Chefs de Partie: • From 21.12.2026 to 14.0.2027 at 90% • From 11.12.2026 to 07.03.2027 at 90% • From 11.12.2026 to 13.04.2027 at 100% Your missions, under the supervision of the Chef de Cuisine: • Receiving and storage of goods • Management of the hot or cold station • Pre-service mise en place in the kitchen • Preparation and sending of orders • Ensuring service with speed and efficiency • Compliance with protocols (Hygiene, Safety, …) • Management of own stocks and transmission of orders necessary for service What we offer you: • On-site accommodation at a preferential rate (subject to availability) • Continuous working hours • Administrative support for EU/EFTA candidates with coverage of costs related to the application for a residence permit • "Loss of earnings due to illness" insurance fully covered by the employer • Varied meals with half-coverage as a benefit in kind
