Cleaning Staff (m/f)

As a cleaning person / all-rounder, you are responsible for the reliable, thorough, and independent cleaning and maintenance of our properties. The focus of the activity lies on the cleaning of holiday apartments, houses, hotel rooms, and general areas. Depending on demand, you will additionally take on tasks in laundry, housekeeping, property inspection, as well as simple maintenance and seasonal work. In doing so, you contribute significantly to ensuring that our customers and their guests always find a clean, well-maintained, and flawless environment. Main tasks: • Cleaning of holiday apartments, holiday houses, and hotel rooms • Cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, living and sleeping areas • Cleaning of stairwells and general areas • Vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning of various floor coverings • Cleaning of windows and glass surfaces according to the deployment plan • Dusting and cleaning of furniture, surfaces, and fixtures • Thorough cleaning of kitchens and household appliances • Cleaning and disinfection of sanitary facilities • Removal of limescale, dirt, and other impurities • Replenishing of consumables • Professional handling of cleaning agents and cleaning equipment • Compliance with operational cleaning standards • Preparation of the apartments for the arrival of guests • Making beds and changing bed linen • Providing towels and other guest laundry • Inspection of the apartment after cleaning • Inspection of inventory, furniture, and equipment • Identification and reporting of damage or missing inventory • Inspection for forgotten items • Preparation of welcome and consumable items • Ensuring that the apartment meets the specified quality standard • Support with short-term re-cleanings • Support with guest changes and high workloads Depending on deployment and qualification: • Sorting and preparing laundry • Operating washing machines and dryers • Operating professional washing and drying systems • Folding and sorting bed linen, towels, and work clothing • Operating the mangle • Quality control of the laundry • Recognizing and sorting out damaged or heavily soiled laundry • Ensuring order and cleanliness in the laundry area Property Inspection • Inspection of properties for cleanliness and order • Recognizing damage, defects, or missing inventory • Reporting technical problems to the responsible person • Documentation of damage and irregularities • Inspection of whether all work has been fully executed • Ensuring that the properties are ready on schedule General All-rounder Tasks Depending on demand and season, the following work can additionally be taken on: • Support with minor maintenance work • Simple garden maintenance • Cleaning of outdoor areas • Support with snow removal • Cleaning of terraces, balconies, and entrance areas • Disposal and separation of waste • Transport and distribution of material • Support with inventory and material controls • Support with assembly and disassembly work • Small practical tasks in and around the property • Support of other employees during increased workload Quality Requirements Every employee is expected to carry out the work carefully and according to the quality standards of Guedes GmbH.
