YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Overall personnel and operational responsibility for commissioning
• Leadership, promotion, and further development of employees as well as building up the required competencies
• Responsibility for resource, deployment, and capacity planning across all projects
• Ensuring timely, high-quality, and safe execution of all commissioning activities domestically and abroad
• Supporting projects with operational challenges, prioritizations, and resource conflicts
• Further development of organization, processes, and interfaces to engineering, production, quality, service, and type testing
• Contact person for internal and external stakeholders in operational and personnel matters
• Participation in the strategic further development of the commissioning and type testing organization

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES

• Completed vocational training as an Automatiker EFZ or comparable technical training
• Several years of experience in commissioning, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of electrical and electromechanical systems
• Sound knowledge in reading electrical schematics as well as strong technical understanding and high problem-solving competence
• Experience in the rail vehicle sector as well as in deployment and resource planning is an advantage
• Initial leadership experience or motivation to take on leadership responsibility, combined with high social competence
• Independent, structured, and quality-conscious way of working as well as assertiveness in a dynamic project environment
• Good German skills, English skills are an advantage
• Willingness to travel for assignments domestically and abroad
