Do you master salaries and HR administration, love numbers, and wish to expand your expertise at the interface between Payroll, HR, and Finance?

We wish to strengthen this transversality with an experienced Payroll profile, possessing a good understanding of the accounting and financial mechanisms related to payroll.

Your responsibilities: ###

Prepare, control, and close salaries. Process and verify variable payroll elements. Ensure the administrative follow-up of entries, exits, salary modifications, and absences. Manage aspects related to social insurance, allowances, and withholding tax. Participate in the reconciliations between payroll data and accounting. Understand and control the accounting entries related to salaries and social charges. Contribute to the monthly and annual closing work related to personnel costs. Analyze unusual discrepancies or variations in the payroll mass. Prepare the necessary supporting documents in the context of controls and audits. Contribute to the continuous improvement and digitalization of Payroll processes.

Your profile: ###

Training in the field of HR, management, accounting, or training deemed equivalent. Proven experience in the field of salaries. Experience in a fiduciary is an asset. Good knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system. Excellent foundations in payroll accounting. Strong comfort with numbers and ability to analyze discrepancies. Excellent mastery of Excel and experience with a payroll management system or an HR ERP.
