The Adult and Child / Adolescent Emergency Centers of the Inselspital are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Patient management supports the treatment team around the clock in the administrative area. You will strengthen our team in the Adult and Child / Adolescent Emergency Centers in 24h shift operation.

What awaits you ##

• You reliably record and maintain patient data in the Epic and SAP IS-H systems
• You ensure cost security for emergency admissions, thereby supporting a smooth administrative process
• During night operations, you take over the management of the Inselspital telephone switchboard and are an important point of contact for internal and external inquiries

What you bring with you ##

• You have experience in administrative activities, ideally in a hospital or healthcare environment, and have basic knowledge in the social insurance sector
• You maintain calm even in hectic situations, work in a structured manner, and keep an overview
• You have good MS Office skills and are confident in handling digital applications
• You communicate professionally and friendly with patients and relatives in German, English, and French
• You are flexible and ready to take on early, late, and night shifts, as well as assignments on weekends and public holidays in 24/7 shift operation
