About us

Infosynergie SA is a company active in IT solutions and business services. In order to strengthen our technical team, we are looking for a motivated, autonomous IT Specialist CFC oriented towards customer satisfaction.

Your mission

Within our support team, you ensure the processing of requests from our clients as well as on-site and remote interventions. You participate in the maintenance and proper functioning of the IT infrastructures of SMEs from various sectors.

Your responsibilities

• Provide level 1 and 2 IT support to our clients.
• Receive, analyze, and process requests via telephone, e-mail, and ticketing system.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network incidents.
• Install, configure, and update workstations and peripherals.
• Participate in the management of users, access, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Perform technical interventions on-site.
• Ensure ticket follow-up and documentation of interventions.
• Participate in the implementation of IT projects and client migrations.

Your profile

• CFC as an IT specialist or training deemed equivalent.
• Experience in user support and workstation management.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Solid knowledge in networks and security (ideally Sophos).
• Ease in contact with users and sense of service.
• Ability to work autonomously while enjoying teamwork.
• Category B driving license indispensable.
