Job description:

To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for a committed cook (m/f/d) for our half-board operation.

Your tasks: Preparation and making of dishes within the framework of half-board (breakfast, if applicable afternoon offers, dinner menu)

Participation in the creation and implementation of menu plans

Plating and serving of the dishes

Preparation of the mise en place for the daily service

Compliance with and control of HACCP and hygiene guidelines

Careful handling of food and operating resources

Support with goods receipt, storage and inventory control

Ensuring smooth processes in the kitchen area

Cleaning of your own workplace according to hygiene regulations

Type of position: 100%, Workload: 90-100%, Workload: 80-100%, Temporary

Contract duration: 5 months
