Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees are committed daily to the well-being of our patients. ### What awaits you with us • You care for and support 1 - 3 premature infants from the 23rd week of pregnancy or severely ill newborns - lovingly, professionally, and individually. • You accompany children and their families empathically and family-centeredly through a challenging time. • You are part of the first hours of a new life: during the initial care in the maternity ward and accompany newborns during external transports. • You work according to current, evidence-based guidelines and actively help shape the further development of nursing quality. • You are not alone: We work interprofessionally and meet each other at eye level. What you bring • A completed training as a nursing specialist (Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann). • Ideally a postgraduate studies in intensive care (NDS) or an NDK Neonatology. • Professional experience in pediatrics or neonatology. • Very good German skills at C1 level - other languages are a plus.
