You advise and accompany our clients and partners in the daily use of our financial applications. Whether you have commercial training or already have experience in IT support, we are looking for a curious, motivated person who enjoys teamwork, is capable of taking initiative, and can tackle the most complex challenges with perseverance. What awaits you with us Within level 2 support, you accompany our clients and partners in resolving complex questions related to our financial applications. You process demanding requests in depth. You analyze problems, identify relationships between different elements, and develop concrete solutions adapted to practical needs. You lead training sessions intended for people using Abacus and help our clients and partners develop their skills in order to fully exploit the potential of the software. You document the solutions and advice relating to our software in order to ensure the transfer of know-how to the different user groups. Your profile Your initial or continuing completed training in the commercial field is the basis of your qualifications. You express yourself with ease, both orally and in writing, in French and German, and know how to explain complex subjects clearly. Curious by nature, you do not hesitate to step out of your comfort zone, to ask questions, and to learn continuously. You enjoy contact with different interlocutors and prefer a solution-oriented approach. You demonstrate an analytical mind and are interested in IT. Ideally, you already possess experience in using software solutions as well as good technical knowledge.
