What you accomplish You pay particular attention to the freshness of fruit, vegetables and bread, and you fight against food waste by placing insightful orders Order fresh products and all other merchandise, receive, check and store them in your store Correctly implement concepts in the store Check the expiration dates of fresh products As an assistant, lead, support and promote team members - and serve as their role model As an assistant, you assume co-responsibility for the figures - in terms of turnover, personnel costs and merchandise stock What you bring Education: Completed professional apprenticeship (AFP) Specialization: in retail (food) or a related profession is an advantage Professional experience: Three years or more of professional experience as a department, sector or aisle manager in retail is an advantage Love fresh products and, ideally, have experience in this field In good physical shape, some parcels weigh up to 10 kilos Ability to plan and organize tasks and a keen sense of interpreting key figures Good knowledge of computers, tablets and smartphones, rapid adaptation to other digital tools (e.g. for merchandise management) French (B1) What we offer you Part of the Migros Group: A strong brand, well-anchored in retail within the Migros Group.
