What awaits you • Management of claims in the RC Transport and Goods branches • Analysis of files, determination of coverage, responsibility, verification of estimates, expert mandates, control of justifications, payment • Oral and written contact with policyholders, injured parties, distribution, experts, and third parties • Close collaboration with different internal departments • Proactive and "Customer first" management What you bring • Autonomy, good organizational sense, and openness to change • Sense of negotiation and service • Team spirit and collaboration • Excellent ability to communicate by phone and in writing • Experience in the insurance and/or transport sector • Good knowledge of Transport or Goods or General Liability file processing is a plus • Good knowledge of English and German is a plus • Mastery of computer tools (MS Office) What we offer you We are convinced that satisfied employees achieve better performance.
