Berne (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Lead partial organization projects and support organization programs regarding the development of EM A acquisitions • Develop and update concepts, standards, and methods aimed at the uniform conduct of acquisitions / acquisition projects (automation and digitalization of processes, process simplification, training, and communication) • Draft, define, and enforce guidelines and processes in the sourcing stages (partial sourcing governance) taking into account the company's strategy, structure, and culture • Analyze, evaluate, and implement calls for tender to award orders, service mandates, and purchases in close collaboration with service recipients and based on the company's strategic objectives • Guarantee the SAP superuser function for acquisitions • Create orders and postings, establish annual openings and closings in SAP, update relevant data in corporate software and other specialized tools <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Degree from a higher education institution (university, HES, or EPF) or equivalent training and several years of professional experience, ideally in public procurement • High degree of autonomy, initiative, good organizational skills, and communication skills; proven qualities in process management and technical direction • Ideally, knowledge of the Confederation's adjudication procedures and processes (public administration), talent for negotiation, and persuasiveness • Experience with issues related to acquisitions in the IT field • Strong analytical reasoning and conceptual skills, keen sense of service and customer service • Good active knowledge of a second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language; passive knowledge of English <br /> In a few words As part of this versatile function, you will actively participate in the development of our purchasing organization. You will optimize processes and standards in accordance with company objectives, thereby contributing significantly to a future-oriented, efficient, and legally compliant procurement management. You will plan and accompany calls for tender and support operational and strategic purchasing activities in close collaboration with our specialized departments. You will thus assume a central coordination role at the interface between public procurement, contract management, internal requesting departments, and external partners.
