Head Baker / Bakery Manager (80%-100%)

We are taking our bakery to the next level: Our bakery in Zürich-Altstetten supplies our Espresso Bars in Zürich daily with the best baked goods – from fluffy croissants to pistachio-rich cantucci. As Head Baker, you will take overall responsibility for our baked goods. You bring real passion for the craft and develop products that surprise with their quality and aesthetics – small details that our customers love. You lead the bakery team and ensure that our quality remains at the highest level every day – with your own hands-on approach and passion for the craft.
