A small, successful company for interior design, interior fit-out and interior decoration in the Canton of Zug realizes high-quality projects with international design brands. We are looking for a structured personality who, as an operational hub, has control over the entire order processing.

Your tasks

• You order from suppliers and international design brands and check order confirmations
• You monitor delivery dates and organize deliveries and installations
• You create customer invoices, monitor incoming payments and keep an eye on project finances
• You check accounts payable invoices and prepare the payment run
• You support closing work, e.g., accruals
• You manage goods receipt, warehouse and inventory and help out personally if necessary

Your profile

• Structured and precise way of working, even with many interruptions
• Technical or manual understanding, ideally from interior fit-out or furnishing
• Administrative strength: invoices, numbers and commercial processes
• Persistence in follow-ups
• German as a native language, good English skills
• IT affinity and enjoyment of the combination of office and practical work
