Our client, an internationally active company, is looking for an experienced personality to design a group-wide production controlling standard. The role includes the harmonization of calculation logics, the analysis of cost drivers, and the strategic support of plant managers on efficiency and productivity topics.

Your task ##

• Harmonization of calculation and valuation logics into a group-wide standard
• Analysis of variances and development of clear recommendations for action
• Business partner function for plant managers on cost and efficiency topics
• Co-design of budget, forecast, and medium-term planning of the plants
• Evaluation of investments and make-or-buy decisions using economic analyses

Your profile ##

• Degree or further education in controlling, business administration, or finance
• At least five years of experience in production controlling or comparable
• Very good SAP knowledge, ideally S/4HANA, as well as MS Excel
• Very good German skills and good English skills required
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
