For one of our clients we are looking for: *Telefonischer Kundenberater/in 100%* *Tasks:* • Receipt and processing of customer inquiries by phone • Analysis and solution of technical as well as administrative concerns • Provision of information on products and services • Recording and forwarding of disruptions to internal specialist departments • Customer-oriented consulting and support • Identification of customer needs and suitable solutions *Requirements:* • Commercial training or experience in customer service is an advantage • Very good German language skills, additional languages (French/Italian/English) are an advantage • Technical understanding and good comprehension *Communication strength and enjoyment of customer contact *Reliable, flexible and solution-oriented way of working *Willingness for shift work (Mon–Sun, incl. weekends) If you are interested, you can call me or send me your resume directly.
