The dermatology and allergology at Kantonsspital Winterthur (KSW) is the regional competence center for the diagnosis and treatment of the entire spectrum of dermatological diseases as well as allergological issues. We care for outpatient and inpatient patients at a high professional level and work closely with numerous medical disciplines within a modern center hospital. As an FMH training site for dermatology and venereology (category C), we combine excellent patient care with committed initial, advanced, and continuing education. As part of the strategic development of our department, we are looking for an entrepreneurially minded personality who enjoys actively shaping the future of dermatology and allergology at KSW and contributing their own professional specializations. This is how we are: communal personal & fair unique progressive Your tasks Independent management of a varied dermatological outpatient clinic with the entire spectrum of general dermatology Diagnosis and treatment of allergological issues according to your own qualification and interests Conducting inpatient dermatological consultations at KSW as well as in our partner institutions Active co-design and further development of the dermatological and allergological service offering Representation of dermatology in interdisciplinary outpatient clinics and boards (including vascular center, plastic surgery, vasculitis board) Development and expansion of own professional specializations Professional and personnel leadership within the team Initial and advanced training of assistant physicians as well as promotion of dermatological junior staff Commitment to teaching, continuing education, quality assurance, and network maintenance Your profile Specialist title Dermatology and Venereology FMH or equivalent, recognized qualification in Switzerland (MEBEKO) Several years of clinical experience, ideally in a senior physician or leading function Broad clinical expertise in general dermatology Proven expertise or special interest in allergology and clinical immunology is welcome, but not a prerequisite Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation as well as the further development of the department High patient orientation, communication strength, and teamwork skills Very good German language skills in speaking and writing Desire to build things, set standards, and help shape a profile Do you have any questions?
