In this context, we wish to strengthen our Software Quality & Delivery team by searching for a Quality & FinOps Manager (m/f/x) - 80-100% whose central mission will be to raise the level of technical and operational maturity of our application teams.

Faced with constantly evolving information systems, the mastery of technical debt and applicative excellence have become strategic issues. You will be the guarantor of a structured and sustainable approach to software quality by leading high-impact cross-functional initiatives.

The missions that await you:

• Define and formalize a global technical debt reduction strategy in connection with business priorities and team constraints
• Identify, qualify, and prioritize technical debt components across the entire application portfolio and propose measurable action plans
• Build and maintain a clear and up-to-date applicative obsolescence roadmap, covering all applications and technologies (frameworks, libraries, languages, systems, platforms, ...)
• Ensure the implementation and integration of the FinOps framework within the company's Cloud practices
• Lead applicative decommissioning phases in coordination with technical and business stakeholders
• Ensure the effective adoption of these processes within the application teams by removing obstacles and adapting approaches to each team's context
• Support teams as a coach and quality referent by facilitating training, awareness, and feedback sessions
• Define and monitor quality and technical debt KPIs and report them to management during follow-up meetings
• Lead regular cross-functional committees with application teams and governance bodies to maintain alignment on quality objectives
• Ensure technical coordination in partnership with the technical project manager with the aim of aligning quality, deadlines, and delivery objectives

Your profile:

• Higher education in computer science, type HES, Bachelor / Master, EPFL
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a role related to software quality or technical management
• Mastery of implementing the FinOps framework in a company, attested by the FinOps Certified Professional certification
• Proven experience in managing complex applicative environments and in leading modernization programs
• Mastery of the issues of technical debt, obsolescence, and refactoring in information systems of significant size
• Good knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD practices, code analysis tools (SonarQube), and agile practices (Scrum)
• Ability to build and manage decision-oriented quality dashboards and KPIs
• Solid understanding of service-oriented architectures, applicative security issues, and the software lifecycle
• Natural leadership and ability to unite multidisciplinary teams around common objectives
• Excellent communication and simplification skills, both with technical teams and management
• Rigor, organizational skills, and results orientation
• Spirit of initiative, autonomy, and proactive approach to continuously improve existing practices
• Good command of French and English, both written and oral
