Your missions
------------

• You enter, control, and record warranty claims and commercial coverage requests in the corresponding IT systems
• You process and evaluate claims files in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and internal procedures, and verify the consistency of costs incurred
• You supervise the return of parts and ensure rigorous follow-up of pending files
• You communicate in German and French with customers, commercial partners, and various internal departments
• You handle complaints and escalation cases and ensure their resolution as quickly as possible
• You establish analyses, key performance indicators, and cost reports
• You monitor costs related to warranties, commercial coverage, and residual values, and establish the corresponding reporting

Your profile
------------

• You have successfully completed a commercial or technical vocational training, completed by training as a technician or engineer in the field of mechanics or business management
• You have several years of professional experience in a similar position
• You have an excellent command of German as well as very good knowledge of English and/or French
• You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and have experience using ERP systems; knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• You are distinguished by your strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and great flexibility. You are also a reliable person with a great sense of responsibility
