There is a lot to do with us * You design and develop Talent Acquisition in the JURA Materials group of companies and develop a forward-looking recruiting strategy that sustainably supports growth and corporate success. * Through the continuous further development of processes, standards and governance structures, you create the foundation for a professional and positive candidate experience. * As a sparring partner at eye level, you advise managers and HR managers on all questions of talent acquisition and actively accompany key recruitments. * You take responsibility for end-to-end recruiting of selected specialists and managers and work closely with the local HR managers. * With a confident sense for KPIs, budgets and partner management, you ensure an efficient and successful recruiting organization. * In close cooperation with HR and Marketing, you strengthen our employer brand and develop innovative measures to attract talent. This is how you mix in with us * You have a university degree with a focus on Human Resources, business psychology or a comparable education. * In your previous career, you have gained extensive experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a national and international as well as dynamic environment. * You convince through demonstrable success in filling demanding specialist and management positions as well as through your ability to build and further develop future-oriented recruiting structures. * You use modern recruiting tools routinely; knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage. * As a trusted contact person, you convince with strong consulting and communication skills as well as professional stakeholder management. * You act entrepreneurially, think solution-oriented and bring the necessary implementation strength to consistently drive topics forward. * In addition to stylish German skills, you have very good English skills.
